Below is a list of other applicable recovery resources
  1. Overdose Prevention Guide:  ASU Watts College’s Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center (SIRC) offers an Overdose Prevention Guide: This guide was created in collaboration with AHCCCS, Mercy Care, and our Medical Advisory Board. Included is a personalized safety plan and important treatment, harm reduction, and support resources. This guide is for individuals at risk of opioid-related overdose and for their loved ones.

  2. Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD):  A Guide for ConsumersA guide, created by ASU’s SIRC, for the general public. It addresses topics such as myths and misconceptions, medications available, and when MOUD might be beneficial.

  3. Recovery or Sober Living Home Licensure Process FlowchartA flowchart that was created by ASU’s SIRC that goes over the licensure process for sober living homes.  

  4. SAMHSA’s Peer Recovery Center of Excellence: The Peer Recovery Center of Excellence (PR COE) works to strengthen peer recovery support services by bridging the gap between research and real-world practice.

  5. SAMHSA’s Working Definition of Recovery:  SAMHSA’s definition of recovery from mental health disorders and substance use disorders.
