The council members agreed to have a traditional organization structure with officer roles of president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary. In order to elect officers, council members were asked to nominate members of the council for each title. Once nominations were received, the ASU team notified the nominees and requested approval for their name to appear on the ballot. Elections were held during one of the councils’ meetings on June 25th, 2024. Results of the election can be found in Table
