Learning Objectives

As a result of this training, you will:

• Discuss the ethics of behavioral healthcare in recovery home settings
• Recognize and address stigma and bias surrounding medication-assisted treatment, thereby leading to more inclusive policies and considerations
• Build trust with marginalized populations by understanding historical trauma and conducting safe outreach and engagement
• Gain a greater understanding of geographical considerations, especially when thinking about the needs of rural and urban communities
• Better serve indigenous communities, especially those who live on reservations
